By supplying the participant the product as it would be delivered from the store, we analyzed his behavior to see whether he was able to get the product and its instructions out from the box, assemble and use it. We evaluated its "Intelligibility" and "The ease of use" on the set-up instructions. The instructions were improved based on the results.
